Component soldering of Through Hole components and SMD components is possible in our factory, with our high tech solder paste jet printer and pick and place machine, we are able to offer a quality focused assembly service.

SERVICE INFORMATION

By using your Bill of Materials and CAD file we are able to assemble using pick and place machinery. We use a solder jet printer to apply solder paste on the fly, which does not require a solder paste stencil. This high tech method results in cost and time saving throughout the assembly process as changes to component footprints and solder paste weight can be done on the fly with software.

Your own components can be booked into our facility and assembled according to the Bill of Materials file, or we can assist in sourcing your components. Please see the download section for a sample BOM file

Assembly

Using your CAD and BOM file we can assemble both SMD and Through hole components.

Quality & Test

Quality checks and testing of your devices , and as well as in circuit programming of devices can be arranged to your specifications.
